I have had the misfortune of buying a F150 from a dishonest dealer who misrepresented the condition of the truck. It needed major repairs just to make it a safe drivable truck. I have had to make several visits to get everything repaired. Steve Marshall was extremely helpful in describing what needed to be repaired and why. My first visit was finished in such a timely manner that I still was able to make a camping trip that was delayed. Dan De La Torre was also very helpful in diagnosing a suspension problem that was just repaired. As painful as it was for me to spend over $4000.00 in I believe less than a month. The truck now runs and drives like a new truck. Steve Marshal has been a wonderful asset to your dealership as well as Dan De La Torre. I have also dealt with other service advisors/mechanics for repairs to my other cars and your service dept is OUTSTAND ING. I will tell as many people that will listen to me about the quality work you do at your dealership.
